Good food. Clean ok hotel. Enthusiastic staff. But terrible location, 1.3km from MRT

Western foods is ok, not too bad but Thai foods need serious improvements. Surprised beautiful hotel doesn’t produced amazing Thai culinary. Beautiful hotel with great ambience and comfort. I have amazing stay in this hotel room is clean and comfortable. They gave me king size bed when I asked for it because I booked twin. Hotel lobby is stunning and clean. Surrounded by greenery. It is beautiful and makes you want to stay longer. Food: we ordered thai foods couple of times and surprisingly we don’t think the taste like we expected since we tasted authentic thai foods before and this restaurant needs to makes serious improvements. Staff Assistance: Front desk very helpful and communicated very well however the restaurant’s staff need to makes communicating in English easily. They need to improved their ability to speak and understand English. We had a hard times to communicate about our orders. Highlights: This hotel is Amazingly beautiful and makes me feels like we aren’t in Bangkok. Far from city chaos and right by the river. Price: Good price and good values. Location: We decided to just stayed and relaxed while we were here enjoying the place.

The most great staycation here especially for couple & family. The view was really amazing! From my room at night or even at the day. The receptionist was really friendly & helpful. They provide also shuttle for free, if you need go to the BTS. If you want to travel to Chatuchak, this hotel is the best option because it nearly located Chatuchak Weekend Market. The food was really tasty! For breakfast, they really serve so many option. They fried rice was really good! The pool also has a stunning view straight to the river. They brownies was lovely!!! I also tried 2 times lol thank you for your service!! We will back again if we visit Thailand 🇹🇭
