After that, I was told to wait until 3 am to occupy the other room, and it was not certain, asked for a refund but Reddorz refused, the reason was that they could not refund, even though the mistake was not on me, then because I insisted on not wanting a refund, I was transferred to another Reddorz near Margonda at 3 am, even though the other room was not occupied, because since 1 am I had decided not to use one of the rooms, I brought my children and there was no way I had to wait until the other guests left, so I decided to check in at another hotel.
