Very worth it for the price, location and facilities

I chose to stay here because it seemed homie and then tried to contact the owner asking "can I check in earlier and check out a bit later?" he said "just relax if it's not crowded" (without being charged), so I finally decided to stay here for 2 nights. When I arrived, I was greeted even though it was raining, then check in/check out was not complicated. Then I had time to walk around until Ritis in the middle of the night, but my room door was a bit wrong and at that time the owner and friends were fixing my room door, the owner even gave me a gift as an apology. The service is really great and fast, the people are all friendly, the rooms are always cleaned and the snacks are refilled, the wifi is fast, the environment is safe and comfortable, the swimming pool is clean. This is really good for a big family to stay in. If I go to Bali again, I want to stay here again

I only had an overnight stay here and an early morning pick up for Mount Batur hike so did not get to experience the facilities but everything looked really nice and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The location is strategic, the room is nice and new. The owner is also nice, friendly and quick. Only maybe the cleanliness can be improved again because there are stained towels, and there are animals like kamitetep several in the room.

Clean room, room cleaned every day and changed towels, but the TV upstairs doesn't work and when we arrived there was no toothbrush. The buyer was very kind to carry the suitcase, the environment is comfortable and there is no noise from vehicles

First impression when arriving at this inn: very homey, really comfortable to stay here, and finally we decided to extend for 1 more night because the kids asked to stay at this inn again because it was so comfortable. We stayed here for 3 nights in total. New inn so the building is also new. Suitable for couples or families, some additional services that are not available from other hotels. The owner is also very kind and helpful, when they were about to check out the kids were photographed using polaroid, making them even more impressed. Success Ritis Residence 🤍
