next time I go to Jogja, I'll stay here again, it's clean, comfortable, quiet.. no soap is provided, no tea or coffee is no problem, we can buy it ourselves. There are also lots of food around, besides there is a mini market, you can walk to Malioboro, and the motorbike rickshaws are also cheap, with lots of reach for tourism and food.

Strategic location, friendly staff, just no refrigerator in the room.

This is a photo when I was about to check out, I was just walking to Malioboro, the room was clean, there was AC, hot water, the staff was kind and humble, the check in was not long and not complicated, I will stay here again next time. Thx🤗

simple but clean room, toilet is a bit dirty but clean, water is smooth, there is a water heater. first book for one night. then continue 4 more nights here. quiet and comfortable atmosphere. close to laundry. location near tugu station. want to go anywhere just rent a motorbike.
