1. Long check-in process
- Must download a pdf file then send it to the WA number that handles the hotel
- Must take a photo of all visitor ID cards (Even though in hotels or other places in my experience, only one ID card is needed)
2. Not suitable for those with children
- I came with 6 (3 adults and 3 children aged 5, 3 and 10 months), then I ordered 2 rooms with a bed size according to the description, namely Queen Bed, then I had a plan for my 5th child to sleep with his uncle, and my 3rd and 10th child to sleep with me, it turned out that after arriving at the location, the calculation was per head so my 10-month-old child was counted as 1 person, and finally I was forced to add 1 more room outside the application even though during my stay other than this place I had never experienced anything like this.
For those who want to stay at this place and bring a baby, it is better to find another place, otherwise an additional fee of 1 person will be charged.
