Cheap room price, only 350k-400k, I booked on the holiday of April 27-29, 2025, the price is too okay. The bathroom is shared but very clean and comfortable. The rooftop has a view of Nguyen Thai Binh street, the Fine Arts Museum is super chill, there is a guitar and a chair available. The room is small but enough for 1 person. Next time I go to HCM alone, I will support the hotel again ^^

The place is clean and comfortable, it's just that the room I ordered was too narrow, it's true, there was no space at all on the bed, so I put my suitcase on the bed. If you want space, you can order one with a table, it turns out to be a little wider.

The room is compact but not too cramped, suitable for single travelers or business travelers who need a place to stay and store luggage. Convenient and easy to find the address. If I have work in District 1 or neighboring districts, I will return.

The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. They helped me book a car to the airport at a very good price, they also suggested me a tour operator that I thought would fit my budget.

If you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay then I think this is a great choice. My two nights here were memorable. Their Cu Chi tour was very meaningful.
