Sorry in advance, please allow me to give input based on my real experience & I have no intention of bringing down glamping. The sheets in room number 3 had dirty white spots, there was gecko poop on the sheets, there were hair marks and there was leftover toothpaste that had fallen under the toilet, at 5 am the water was not on when complained at around 7 am the officer said the water had just been filled, the key to room number 1 was broken (before moving to the room next to number 3) because of the previous guest said the officer (this is about security and privacy what if the room key doesn't work) and worse the officer already understood that the key to room number 1 was broken but the room was still offered to visitors with AC facilities when complained the officer said the key to the room was broken because of the previous guest & wanted to be repaired but the repairman was still in Surabaya finally I was offered to move to room number 3, the corners of room number 3 that brought galvalum had a lot of sawang, the vinyl floor was starting to peel off, the door handle to the room was broken. number 3 also removed the handle insulation, the stitching of the sheath was torn. Please provide a prayer sign for the direction of the Qibla so as not to be confused and provide a telephone number for the CS so that when you need help from the CS you don't have to go back and forth to the CS place because the CS place actually requires effort, it's not far but the place is a bit uphill, requiring walking, if there is a telephone/complaint number, it's good so that if there is anything you can just call. When we checked in, we were also not told or explained about the username and password for the wifi that could be used, before there was an initiative from the guest to ask first/in the room there was a writing on which username and password for the wifi that could be used. In room number 1 before I moved to room number 3, there was no mat when I first entered, there was only 1 mat, and that was only in the bathroom while the position when I arrived was raining & if I entered the room it would definitely be wet. I comment like this not intending to bring down the glamping but so that the facilities are improved so that visitors are comfortable & do not complain back and forth. I ordered using traveloka for a price of 600 thousand or so to find a nice & comfortable one but it was very disappointing that it did not match the price.
