The owner and staff are friendly. The room is clean and nice. The AC is great. Only the hot water is sometimes available and sometimes not. Close to Malioboro Street. Recommended for traveling in Jogja.

Not recommended to stay here, the service is very lacking, especially from the homestay owner. No wonder the homestay is quiet The TV cannot be turned on

The AC was not cold at first, it only got cold towards midnight, the hot water didn't work at dawn, the wifi didn't work, the location was cramped, the room was on the third floor, it was a pain to climb the stairs. The only win is the location which is close to Malioboro.

The room is nice and quite modern for this price. The guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. If you have a lot of luggage, it's a bit tiring. Then the lobby on the 1st floor is quite full because it is used as a storage or clothes sales place. So if you want to check in or check out, waiting in the lobby is a bit limited. But the room is really cool. For a room under 300k, it's really worth it. It's not far to Malioboro Street either. If I come here again, I will call first to ask if the 2nd floor is available or not. Because the 3rd floor is quite suffocating for me who brings a lot of luggage.

For those who bring large suitcases, this place is not recommended because it is in a small alley. It is quite a bit if you drag your suitcase a bit further into the alley. The location is very close to Malioboro.

The place is close to Malioboro, although there was a little miss when checking in, but the staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable, the AC was cold, the bathroom for a homestay was very spacious, there was hot water that worked well, basically this place is cool, recommended for those on a low budget to Jogja.
