The place is shabby, not like a hotel or guest house, more like a car wash or a doorman.

Very very bad! Just entering the room, it can smell like cat pee. Then the mattress pad has not been changed, it looks really dirty! The AC is only in fan mode, the room is dirty and dusty, let alone the bathroom (even if an animal enters, it can automatically die) 🫠 please, if it's not worth it, don't open a guesthouse like this. It's very very detrimental!

please pay attention again in terms of cleanliness, service & comfort. and please also have someone guard the homestay, if contacted - please also pick up.

This is the first time I have stayed at redDoorz and I have had a “traumatic” experience. 1. The room was very dirty, full of dust. 2. The bathroom was really dirty. 3. Dust everywhere. 4. There were lots of gecko poop, it wasn’t cleaned. 5. I woke up itching because the mattress was super dirty. 6. The TV wouldn’t turn on. Overall, it’s really, really, really not recommended. Because it was already late at night so I couldn’t move hotels, I was forced to stay there. Really not recommended, I will never book or stay here again.
