Please improve the cleanliness and comfort. When I first arrived, the room was a bit damp, and the pillows smelled of head lice and were full of hair. I went to customer service to ask for a replacement, but they didn't. Finally, I took the initiative to remove the pillowcase myself and bring it to customer service, waiting for a new one to be brought.

The check-in process was easy, and thankfully, I got a voucher from the app so I got a cheaper price.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and it's a comfortable place to stay with family. 🥰❤️

The room is not clean, the cupboard and drawers are still full of used tissues, cigarette boxes... the AC can't be adjusted, there is no AC remote, there are no towels, the sheets also look like they have been used by someone before... the door handle is loose, the electrical contacts are loose.. 🤦‍♀️
