The room we stayed in did not match the picture. The room could not be locked. When we reported to the hotel staff regarding the room not being able to be locked, the staff said they would check it later, even though they were not working at that time. On the other hand, we wanted to go out to get food and I asked once again, "Are we going out to get food, is it safe?" Then the staff said it was safe, it would be locked. When we returned to the room after we bought food, the door was slightly open even though he said it would be locked, my wallet was missing. I don't have any evidence to report to the police, but please, even though the hotel is cheap, we paid, don't treat it like this. I brought my parents so I don't want to prolong this problem.
