The apartment is very clean, and it's just across the street from Gleneagles Hospital. It's perfect for those who need to see a doctor or go to the emergency room. Thanks for these 3 days...

You guys judge by yourself. I book this unit via Traveloka on 8-13 Sep. I was having a surgery in Gleneagles so I book this unit for my family to rest. Then I have to extend the unit for 1 night. Suddenly, on 13 Sep night (around 11.30 pm), a stranger opened our door and said that he has a booking for this room via booking.com. I told the PIC, even called him. No answer, just read my chat. No apologize AT ALL. Very very very very bad service. The stranger has his booking cancelled last minute by system said that “room is full”. So sad, midnight cancellation in front of the room door. I also book another room for my mom on 8-12 Sep. The room has broken TV, the jet spray has no head, 1 of 2 remote TV has no battery.

The need to go to Gleneagles Hospital is very suitable.

In terms of location, it is very close to Gleaneagles Ampang Hospital, and it is easy to find food, But unfortunately the cleanliness of the room is not clean, when I checked in, there was a lot of hair falling out on the sofa, there were no tissues, only rolled tissues, no additional mineral water even though I stayed for more than 1 night.. no toothbrush and no welcome tea/coffee.

Perfect place to mingle and rest. Perfect for staycation.

The best place to stay for medical trips or vacations, but unfortunately it's difficult to check in because the owner is slow to respond... the room also doesn't provide enough equipment such as tissues and a rice cooker.

4 different company's managing the rooms here. the front t desk won't help you ! They say contact your manager. The manager is working remotely, doesn't have a clue what is going on. All the other foreigners that where staying here where confused and didn't know who was running the hotel. My manager was Vincent, wanted to catch the hotel shuttle bus, the front t desk said contact your manager Vincent, 8:30am, no answer. front desk can't help you. this hotel is only 3 years old I ask Vincent why is the paint coming of the walls and a big Crack in the wall he says we keep fixing it but the paint keeps falling off .

Easy to check in and the staff is very nice and helpful

Apartment is at good location (near to KLCC and Gleneagles Hospital) Room is quite wide. There was no instruction visible on how to turn on the aircon (unless we missed it out somewhere), so we were left there with hot temperature inside the room until we managed to contact the agent. Requested for queen + sofa bed, since we have 3 persons. But upon arrival and checking in, we are only given queen & normal sofa. We had to wait until night time to be given a new mattress, though the blanket is not so clean. Overall it's an okay stay. Good because of the location, and the apartment facilities is nice. However, the cleanliness and the arrangement can be improved.
