Very DISAPPOINTED!!! I booked a Suite room even though the price was expensive for comfort, but it turned out to be disappointing: no toothbrush and toothpaste, dirty towels, no mineral water, dirty sheets, damp room, moldy ceiling, and there were cockroaches while sleeping. Very disappointing, if only the staff were friendly. If you bring a car, the road is very tight, so if there are cars coming from the opposite direction, it's a disaster. I got room 01 on the 2nd floor.

The lights went out twice in the middle of the night for no reason. Even though there weren't many people staying here The roof leaked and wasn't repaired The place is nice, cool, worth it for a small family, spacious parking lot

Nice view of tea plantation, mount Gede and Geulis. Overall ok according to the price. But can be improved for: - additional amenities such as soap and shampoo. - then for the walls that seem to have seepage can be repainted and repaired as long as the seepage. - made a simple food menu that guests can order when hungry in the middle of the night such as fried rice, boiled instant noodles, coffee, tea, bandrex, so it can be used to add to employee income too.
