+ The room is spacious and has living area. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Deposit is required but if you have to check-out before 8am no deposit taken. Easy to park. A walking distance to night market (Friday) and close to KTM Parit Buntar station. - However, cleanliness needs significant improvement. The bedding should be replaced to the new set as it didn’t look clean enough. The bathroom floor has visible stains, slippers should be provided. Although the property stated it is still under renovation, it is open for booking, so the least they could do is ensure proper cleanliness. Overall, I don’t feel it’s worth the price.
