They will cancel your reservation at last minute like literally hours before checking in.. they will tell you they have issues and also not return the payment because they have a no return policy.. get insurance and good luck...

Real scam. I booked and paid accommodation in advance. Arrrived and saw no one in reception. It’s apartment building and security just kicked us off. Scam and terrible experience from Expedia. Shame

Upon arrival, I was told the room was not available and that I should call the hotline number to cancel my booking! I booked the room through Expedia, my credit card has been charged and already received the email confirmation. What kind of business was it? This scam should be stopped!
