Hello, thank you for your comments. Firstly, the room is like the picture when you booked, it is very clear that there is no TV. I booked 2 rooms with different structures, so they cannot be placed next to each other to accommodate all the luggage. Secondly, the university is not broken, but you opened the wrong function. When there was an opinion, we also proactively changed the room to 2 more rooms without any additional costs. Not to mention that when checking out, there was a lot of smoking in the room, even though the rule is no smoking. At 11pm, you reported that the room had a smell, I also sent the staff up immediately to handle it. The housekeeping staff can only clean from morning until the end of working hours. Can you work 24/7? The fruit in the room is changed every day, if you find it broken, you can immediately report it when you are there, like when the air conditioner is not cool :) On Tuesday, someone in your group was sick, asked to check out late, I also supported you to stay longer without charge.
