Basically, it's acceptable. My family has a child under 1 year old, so I looked at the information and booked a room with information on Traveloka that there is a bathtub, but when I checked in, there was only a standing shower. I went down to ask the receptionist and the room types I booked did not have bathtubs..? So why did Traveloka show information that there was a bathtub? If it didn't have one from the beginning, I wouldn't have booked this room type. I hope the hotel should provide complete policy information so that guests who book rooms will not be upset.
