The room was clean and spacious, the only downside was that it was too far away.

Super Bad, I booked a room here after comparing with many places, because I saw the room in the photo was very bright and the room was beautiful with a full wardrobe. But when I arrived, the receptionist gave me a room on the top floor that was very different from the picture (the room did not have a large airy window, no wardrobe, no elevator to the top floor, no stair light, had to fumble around in the dark). When I complained, the receptionist told me to cancel and find another place to stay after checking in (speaking in a challenging way and ignoring the customer even though I knew after checking in I could not cancel the room on the app to get my money back), even though that day was the weekend so I could not find a room urgently like that. This home is a scam, if you want to sell this room, you should post the correct picture for customers to know to book, do not post beautiful pictures and then sell fake rooms.

I booked a double room - basic rate but when I arrived they gave me a top floor room. The hotel said the app arranged the room like that, they didn't know. The room picture was one thing but the room was sold as another. Disappointed!!

The hotel is near the center of Dong Van old town, the price is quite reasonable compared to the general level in Dong Van. However, the reception is not available 24/7. I visited the hotel at noon, the receptionist went out without bringing his phone so I had to wait for quite a while.

The room is temporary but there is often no one at the reception desk so when checking in I have to wait for more than 30 minutes. I can't call the hotline.

The hotel owner and staff are very friendly, the hotel is newly built, the electricity is not complete yet but the rooms are very clean, near Dong Van ancient town, 20km from Meo Vac, 20km from Lung Cu

New hotel, located near the center next to supermarket, restaurants and walking distance to Dong Van old town more than 500m. Room is spacious, clean, basic amenities, towels are old and frayed.

The hostess was very friendly. Because I had to drive to Dong Van at night, I arrived at around 9pm. I was tired and wanted to check in early. The hotel helped me check in because a guest had just checked out without charging any extra fees. The service staff was very flexible. I rented a motorbike near the hotel, so it was very convenient for moving around. The room was new, clean and of very good quality. The location was near the old town and right on the main road. 5 stars
