Strategically located very close to Yogya Station, close to Malioboro. Fast air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the room is too small, making it difficult to put your bag and pray.

The location is very strategic. Even though it's in an alley, as a woman, I still feel safe. The room is small (for the price), but it's fully equipped (wifi, TV, water heater) and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Located in an alley very close to Malioboro and Tugu Station, it's clean, has AC, Wi-Fi, water heater, towels, and a smart TV. Got a room on the 4th floor, but stairs are required, not recommended for seniors.

The room is small, but okay for the price. The facilities are complete, including a large spring bed, TV, AC, clean toilet, water heater, and a large mirror. The only downside is the stairs, which are tiring if you have to go to the 4th or 5th floor. Yesterday, I got the 4th floor. I requested a room on the 1st floor and got the 4th floor. Phew. For those bringing a motorcycle, you have to push it into the hotel with the engine off. Luckily, the hotel is not too far from the main road. However, when I first looked for the hotel, I got lost because it was in a narrow alley. Overall, it's okay. The receptionist was also nice and not complicated. Thank you, good job, VClub.

Clean rooms, hot water, close to the station and Malioboro. Good value.

For that price, it's pretty good. It's not perfect, but it's not bad.

The hotel staff is friendly and the bedroom is clean and fragrant, only the room is a bit small for activities but it's still okay, the bathroom is quite clean and has hot water... very close to Tugu train station... just walk there

The location is very close to the station, but the entrance is in a small GG area. The room is commensurate with the price, so don't have high expectations. Just so you know, this hotel doesn't have an elevator, so you only have to use the stairs to get to the 3rd-5th floors.

Unfortunately, there was smoking in the dormitory type room.

Comfortable, appropriate to the situation, friendly staff. Coffee and tea are available. Only on the third floor there are no spoons. There are windows on both sides so in the morning you can turn off the AC and open the windows. The air is fresh even though it's in the city center.

Smart TV, can watch YouTube. Good internet speed. Water heater with LPG system available. Cold AC. Hot and Cool dispenser available with granulated sugar and coffee. Recommended room size for 2 adults. The width of the stairs is only enough for 1 person when passing through it. The water is very fast and the spray is very strong. There is a sink.

Quite pleasant for the price listed. Advantages: 1. Facilities are worth it according to the price starting from TV, Wifi, comfortable bed, AC, coffee, gallon water, towels, and soap. 2. Location is close to the station and Malioboro, it is not difficult to find food and daily necessities. 3. It may look ordinary from the outside because it is inside the room, but the rooms are already modern models inside Disadvantages: 1. If you get a high floor, it takes quite a bit of energy to climb the stairs because there is no elevator. 2. There is no parking for cars, even motorbikes are on the alley at risk of getting rained on, and you are not allowed to ride motorbikes in the alley, aka push them to/from the main road 3. No toothbrushes and shampoo 4. Less free to pray (for Muslims) because there is no special place. Pray next to the makeshift bed and no prayer equipment is provided. Conclusion: The facilities are according to the price with all the pros and cons

In an alley but comfortable, hot water and AC work well, internet and smart TV are also okay.
