My experience when booking a room with this hotel was extremely bad. First, after booking a room, the hotel staff contacted me via zalo at 1am to ask for a deposit so that the hotel could hold the room. I refused because when booking a room on Traveloka, there was no deposit requirement. Second, the check-in time was 2pm, but the hotel called me back in the morning to ask me to deposit a room in case I arrived late. I did not agree to transfer the deposit and inform the specific time I would check in (the hotel kept asking about what time I would check in even though I had informed the hotel). When it was almost time for me to check in, the hotel called me again, saying that the water pipe in my room was broken, and the hotel would transfer me to another hotel in District 3. Because I was very suspicious of the hotel's way of working, suspicious of the story of the water pipe breaking at such a time, and also not knowing what the hotel in District 3 was like, I did not agree to change my accommodation. I had to cancel my room and find another hotel even though it was already dark. Anyone who wants to book this hotel should consider carefully.

Small, clean, fully equipped room, comfortable for 2 people. The staff is very enthusiastic, and the location is beautiful, close to everywhere you want to go.
