I've stayed here twice. For a budget hotel, it's pretty good. Previously, I had a room without hot water, but now it does. The location is also strategic, with plenty of delicious restaurants right outside the hotel, offering student-friendly prices. The only downsides are the limited TV channels and the thin pillows, but otherwise, it's fine.

The cupboard has no lid so there is no glass. Other things are good. Service is good. Requests are fulfilled.

The location is very close to campus. There are lots of vendors, so you don't have to go far to find food. It's close everywhere. The bathroom tiles are often worn, so they need to be replaced. The toilet floor is slippery, so you need to scrub it frequently.

It didn't match the photos. Cleanliness and comfort were not the same. In the end, we didn't stay and moved to another hotel.

The AC is not cold enough, the toilet is dirty.

This is my second time staying here. The location is strategic, close to UGM and UNY, and easy to find food. The only problem is that the bathroom smells a bit unpleasant.

The AC is not cold, you have to bring your own fan, the mattress is broken, the mattress makes you itchy.

Dirty bathroom. Leaking AC. Smelly room. Broken mattress. Smelly towels. Don't stay here again.

the ac is not cold, the bathroom is very dirty. luckily the staff changed me to a better room. got the price on traveloka around 200, I think it's quite good.

book 3 rooms for a fairly comfortable bed, but all the toilets are slippery and room number 46 can't turn on the lights because when the lights are turned on the blower fan makes a lot of noise, all the pillows are flat. overall not bad for that price and there are lots of food around the hotel.

Strategic, fits my needs

I got room no. 37, the door is a little open when the key fits. Maybe it can be fixed. Because from the inside it looks nice.

yeah not much can be expected from a cheap room price.. the bathroom is slippery because it's not clean..the sheets don't look clean or not because the color is dark

clean, comfortable and cheaper than others. The staf is friendly and helpful. My favorite place to staycation in YK. If I back to YK , I will order in this place again. if you looking for cheap and comfortable room, I recommend this place to you.

for the price below 100,000 is quite okay. from ugm can walk. It is not difficult to find food because when you leave the inn there are many variations of cheap and cheerful places to eat at student prices. suitable for backpackers.

2 days staying here is quite comfortable, spacious room,. Drinking water is available at any time you can take it. Strategic location, no need to be confused about looking for food, spacious parking lot. The only minus is the bathroom is a bit dirty, when you first enter it smells of urine, you have to pour a lot of water on it first to get rid of the urine
