This is my second time staying at Tembok Batu Hotel. The first time I stayed was when the hotel was still new. Now the second time the hotel is still as good as new. The service during check-in is very fast and hassle-free. The hotel lobby is comfortable and cool. Unfortunately, entering the room still uses a gombyok key, egag uses a smart key, entering the room looks clean and tidy. But sorry, the floor is a bit dusty and the room is not provided with tea and coffee. The bathroom is clean, the hot water runs smoothly. The AC is very cold. The bed is soft and neat. The room attendant is very good at making the bed. As a hotelier, I rate 90 for the room and 95 for the public area.

Close to UGM, pleasant, and clean rooms. I'll stay here again when I visit my kids.

Stayed at this hotel because it is close to UGM campus. The hotel is comfortable, only the bathroom needs to be fixed. There is no wifi either. The room is spacious and the AC is okay.

The hotel is comfortable. I stayed here for 2 nights, the room is spacious, the AC is cold, the TV works well. The staff is friendly, there was a broken toilet light and they were very responsive to fix it, as well as when turning on the TV. Close to UGM, so don't worry if you want to find food

Best room with very cheap price.

the location is strategic near ugm so there are many affordable food choices and still close to tourist attractions. the room is quite comfortable and clean although a bit old but the hot water in the bathroom sometimes turns on sometimes doesn't. this accommodation is suitable for travelers who will stay long enough in jogja because the price is very affordable

Strategic location near UGM campus and Sarjito Hospital.

Friendly staff, fast check-in process. Mid-range hotel, reasonable price, maximum service, with the best location around RSUP Sardjito & UGM campus, very representative. Safe car parking in the basement. Many choices of food stalls & minimarkets nearby, cafes are also nearby. For the hotel restaurant when I stayed, it was closed. Suggestion, the cleanliness of the bathroom should be improved. It would be better if a bathroom freshener was added. For guests who stay, I suggest not to choose room 101, unless you book 2 rooms with a connecting door. Because when I was given 101, at night the snoring of the person next door was really loud 😂 Then the second night someone was chatting until morning ..... really disturbing 😓 Apart from that, it's good. Recommended

wow.. Tembok Batu residence is getting better. used to be here often. The lobby is getting tidier, the AC in the lobby is really cold. there are also lots of sofas in the lobby. snacks & drinks sold in the lobby are very affordable. the room is OK, clean. there is hot water too. given 2 bottles of drink, the towels smell good, the room is quite big. there are also outdoor facilities for sitting & drinking coffee which are also very good & very clean. for those of you who want to stay, you have to book far in advance because this hotel is often full because it is located in the middle of Yogyakarta city & is a choice. besides being very close to UGM in Sendowo.

Recommended. Especially for the location and price. The only minus is that the room is not soundproof.
