The swimming pool water was a bit cloudy, there was no dish soap in the sink, and the BF rice was a bit hard 🙂 otherwise it was OK!👍

The hotel staff was extremely helpful. I happened to stay in a suite, so my room was located high above the lobby. There was a shuttle to my room for check-in/check-out, but it only ran until 7 PM. Otherwise, I had to climb the stairs myself 😅. Overall, I was happy. The room was nice, and my request for it to be decorated for my child's birthday was also fulfilled. Good luck, heha. Hopefully they'll build an elevator soon so I don't get sore from going up to my room, hehehhee.

Good and worth it for the price

The accommodation is cool, the view is very nice.

The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff are professional and very kind.

A very enjoyable and kid-friendly camping experience. Complete facilities. Very friendly staff. Delicious food. Cons: The bathroom is quite far from the superior camping area. So, if you bring children, don't be in a hurry because it's quite easy to get to the bathroom. Unfortunately, the grass is hollow, so after rain, it can't be stepped on because the ground sinks. Also, if you want to go to the swimming pool, the walk is quite far and you have to go around because the nearby gate is not open.

The downside is there is no elevator, otherwise everything else is nice and comfortable.

Check-in time was fast, only the team coordination in my opinion was a bit lacking: 1. The parking section should ask the guest first whether they need to stay or just use the facilities, don't just ask them to pay for the parking ticket, it's not just a matter of price but ethics, it's unethical to suddenly ask them to pay without asking what the customer needs. 2. The receptionist also even though I had already paid for the extra bed when I booked, suddenly when I checked out they wanted to charge me again without checking first. Hopefully in the future all the staff will be more united and coordinate with each other so that guests feel comfortable🙏

The Heha team is very kind, always asking what needs help, the place is also comfortable for a honeymoon.

The staff was incredibly friendly from check-in to check-out. The security was also friendly and polite. My wife and I will definitely book a hotel here again if we have the chance. Thank you 🙏🏻

The cabin is located very far from the main lobby because it requires a special shuttle to get to the cabin, making it difficult for guests to get out of the cabin and have to go up and down the stairs. The private pool is poorly designed and strangely forced. Breakfast doesn't have much variety on the menu: standard breakfast options such as fried rice, fried noodles, and bread are available. The view from the cabin is also unclear due to the trees blocking it...

The staff is friendly and the service is kid-friendly, but there are no stairs to the room while carrying luggage/toddlers. Hopefully, there will be escalators/elevators next time to make it easier for those of us who still have little ones. Thanks HEHA

There are lots of ants around the room...... and for breakfast I chose English breakfast and fried rice, there was a lack of taste in the eggs and the fried rice was bland, it would be better to provide salt or pepper sachets,
