We booked a room at the last minute due to a fictitious booking we had. Surprisingly, as the receptionist mentioned, this is a new hotel — and the room we received was very clean and comfortable. It had Netflix, a water heater, and complete amenities.
However, one thing that could be improved is that the housekeeping staff forgot to refill the soap, so we couldn’t use it on the second day. It wasn’t a big issue for us, since we had our own. Also, the room didn’t have a fridge. We mentioned this to the receptionist, and she explained that since the hotel is still new, only some rooms are equipped with a fridge. We totally understand that 👍🏻
