The room is clean, access is close to the city center, basically if I go to Jogja I want to stay here again.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Spacious and clean room, area near city center. The owner is very kind and friendly

Overall okay, just the hot water is hard to adjust so it's not too hot. Hopefully there are other facilities for bathing.

For the first impression of Jogja, staying at this inn is honestly very good, clean and also close to the station, moreover there are lots of food stalls around the inn, the walk to Malioboro is also close, less than 30 minutes, basically it is the best.
