Because my family went by car, it didn't seem too far away. Parking was also comfortable. The staff and the landlord were very friendly. The hotel was a few steps away from the wholesale market, so on the last day I loaded the car full of fruit 😅. The only downside is that the bathroom smelled like sewers. I hope the landlord can change the one-way sewer cover for a better room experience.

The correct address should be around 97-99 Vu Ngoc Phan St., though I can't recall the exact number. - Additionally, the contact number for the owner listed on the Traveloka website was unreachable. I tried calling several times before arriving for verification but couldn't get through. I reached out to the Traveloka support team (who provided me with a case number) to ask them to contact the owner, but they also had difficulty. Eventually, they managed to reach the owner via a different phone number. - The room is not well soundproofed. At 2 a.m., while my family was sleeping, a group of young people checked in on the same floor as us. They were laughing and talking loudly in the hallway, which woke me up. - I have been a member of Traveloka for years, and this is the first time I have experienced such an odd and uncomfortable booking situation. On a positive note, I had no issues with the owner or receptionist on the day I checked in; he seemed nice. The hotel is located inside a local market and is surrounded by many local restaurants and coffee shops.
