This was a fantastic hotel! Very new so everything clean and up to date. Design and lighting very nice. Bed super comfortable. Room had everything you need (fridge, kettle, good-sized towels). Appreciated having a proper hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom. Two buses go right from the Locarno station to the hotel and since the hotel offers you a Ticino ticket, I traveled all over the area without having to pay any extra fees in transportation. Staff super friendly, helpful, and present. Lots of options for breakfast. Hotel in a quiet area, but like I said with easy transport to train station. Nice running path along the river. Fitness room had foam rollers which were amazing to loosen up muscles after long days of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!!!! Thank you!

Good hotel food was over priced and poor

Friendly staff

This hotel was fantastic! The staff were super helpful and friendly, and they even made sure our furry friend was welcome. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it. The only downside was the parking fee, which was a bit steep, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. Thanks 😊

The hotel was clean, modern, had good beds, AC and parking available at the property.

The only negative was that when we checked in weren't told of Ticino pass which gives free public transport. Found out by accident next day when dealing with a different person at reception.

The towels are in a very bad conditions, old and with holes. Unacceptable for Marriot level. The room was dirty. The ambience also was very noisy.

everything was great and the location was excellent for trips

Location of the hotel was perfect for walking to Ascona and Locarno. Acceptable parking fee thru hotel. Hotel was clean and bright. Breakfast was good and have different variety. Pet friendly. Staff were nice and accomodating.

Clean and modern. Did not have laundry facilities as advertised- one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.

Das Zimmer war sauber aber klein. Dafür der TV sehr gross. Und die Nasszelle war auch gross. Leider haben wir das Zimmer zur Strasse bekommen und daher war es vom Verkehr, wenn du das Fenster öffnest laut. Pluspunkt ist die Öffentliche, die nur ein paar Schritte weiter ist. Die Migros ist auch gleich daneben.

Parken perfekt gelöst. Frühstück hat alles wichtigste angeboten. Extrem freundlicher Empfang an der Reception.
