Good location Nice staff The most tiny room I’ve ever been Avoid if you are claustrophobic Can barely walk around the bed… Should be a 3 star hotel

This was a beautiful hotel. I don’t know if I expected different but the room size was tiny. We did have to keep our luggage on the balcony. But overall, the hotel was beautiful and classy.

The Hotel is in an excellent location. The staff is very welcoming. We were surprised at the shower quality which is superb. Walking distance to the Louvre Notre Dame. Definitely recommend for a small quaint hotel in Paris.

We stayed in room 702. Top floor with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Which was a nice surprise because the room we booked was a Superior Room with Spa access had no mentioning of the tower view. Great staff, very helpful. Clean room. Amazing spacious shower. There were a few things i wish were better tho. We were in Paris during a crazy heat wave. Some days temperature outside was 33-35C. The AC in the room didnt work well. It was set at 19 C the lowest possible the entire stay of 3 nights but couldnt get it below 25C. There was no fridge. Which again during the heat wave would have been helpful. We dont like to change rooms once we settle in or have anyone come fix things when we’re out of the room so we didnt bother complaining but we metnioned to the concierge at the time of checkoit. Lasty, the toilet was small for a fat american like myself. Other than those small things it’s an incredible hotel perfectly situated with easy access to anything.

We had a wonderful stay. One of the highlights was the sauna and steam room, which often felt almost private because so few other guests were using it. It was a relaxing and peaceful amenity that we really enjoyed. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed. We especially appreciated having air conditioning during our stay. However, during the heat wave, the AC struggled to keep up and the room remained quite warm at times. The only other area for improvement would be storage. There wasn't quite enough space or organization for clothing, which made it a little challenging to unpack and settle in for multiple days. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend the hotel, particularly for travelers looking for a relaxing stay with an excellent spa.

By far our best stay in France! Beautiful hotel, located in the 2nd with easy metro access. Rooms were large (by Paris standards) with easy access to tap and still water, a great bed + pillows and a fabulous shower. We felt really well cared for the whole time we were there (5 nights). Staff was very nice from check in to check out.

Just a terrific location on a quiet street within easy walking distance to the Louvre. Hundreds of restaurants and cafes filling the streets and passages.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Filigrane and Spa right in the heart of Paris, made even better by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Our room was impressively large and spacious, and we loved the charming choice between the classic small French lift and the larger one. The absolute highlight was booking a room with spa access; reserving the private 45-minute slots felt incredibly exclusive and romantic. Our only minor issue was a leaky shower seal that left the bathroom floor quite wet, but the staff were receptive when we reported it and it didn't take away from a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The space was very small and the air conditioning was not effective on a very hot day.

We really enjoyed our stay. From the pre arrival Communications to assist with transfers and day trip the staff, especially Victor, were so accommodating. The room was clean, lobby was beautiful, spa was great and location was awesome.

Staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble for them Not the biggest of Hotels but perfect for city break, was very central for everything lots of restaurants nearby and able to reach attractions by foot, Eiffel tower about 1 hour to walk but lovely city to walk and the Louvre literally walk to end of street that hotel is on(15mins) and round corner and your there Rooms spotless as was the spa again not the biggest but you book a time slot which was great for 2 -3 adults/kids. Did not have breakast wanted to explore city but looked lovely as we were leaving hotel each morning could not find a fault with hotel and would definitely stay here again when visiting Paris

Everything about this hotel is a delight. Great location, 25 minutes brisk walk from Gare du Nord. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Convenient for the metro. It is an oasis of calm. Very quiet considering its in a busy area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool needs to be booked but is a private session. Very pleasant and relaxing after a busy day. Will definitely go back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was small, but very clean and had a lovely balcony where we were able to enjoy a bottle of wine. Great location with easy access to transportation, but also very easy to walk to many major sites in Paris.

Wasn’t happy at first with the room we got but staff was accommodating and gave us a nicer room and I appreciated that Second room we got was beautiful indeed

Excellent boutique style hotel. The staff was very helpful. The hotel looks renovated and chic. Prestige room had a nice terrace w/view of Eiffel tower and spacious bathroom. No noise issues. Great location, 1-2 blocks from two metros and several restaurants walking distance. The sauna and steam room were nice but you have to reserve the pool in advance and it always seemed to be booked so we didn't get a chance to use it. They have a breakfast buffet option in the morning but we opted out of this
