It's a fine hotel. It's far off the beaten path so don't expect any amenities and if you're not driving you'll need an uber to get anywhere. It's a good alternative to the more expensive airport hotels, even with the added cost of an uber.

Super noisy, couldn’t sleep! Also, nothing in the rooms except 2 paper cups. No amenities in the room at all!, I wouldn’t pay a dollar to stay here. Terrible

Friendly staff, easy to find, clean and paid parking underneath the hotel. Great value and all conveniences on site ie food and drinks available 24/7

It was convenient to Nice airport but nothing to write home about. Clean and limited paid parking onsite.

Property is clean and efficiently run. Rooms have what you need but nothing extra. One pillow per bed and towels are thin. Located between two busy roads and not walkable unless you’re going to a soccer/football match and roads are closed. Uber to downtown or train stations. Lots of options for breakfast and the staff is very friendly.

They did not give us the right code when we arrived, breakfast was very limited options and they charge us for something we didn’t enjoy or have options for

Staff was super helpful but our room was not cleaned for our entire 4 day stay and we had to ask the front desk personnel for towels and toilet paper daily - 4 adults. There was also no parking for a Traffic van in their private parking lot so parking out front each night was a gamble. Okay stay.

A lovely and clean accommodation. Staff are very attentive and welcoming. I checked in quite late and the staff was very supportive until I settled in. I’ll stay again if I find myself in Nice.

Place was fine but not a lot of amenities around. Needed a car which was also fine.

the hotel staff attacked my Mom and swore dirty words, this is a very dangerous hotel, dirty inside and there are cockroaches, the room stinks of rotten fish, the most disgusting impression was left

Roaches, electronic locks open on their own or someone remotely opens them. Staff is uncooperative. Hot water went out. Fridge does not work right. Too many things to list

Excellent value for the price. Super clean room, all new. Martin, receptionist was extremely helpfull and nice uppon our late arrival.

New hotel, very clean, staff awesome. Parking underground. Fast check-in. Provided good breakfast options.
