Very satisfied with the booking and how an issue with a 3rd party agent was resolved. Definitely will stay again in the future.

Hotel was easy to get to and close to the college. The pool is small more like a wadding pool. No hot tub.

Was nice and clean during a busy week, enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel

Nice place except the REALLY NOISY bathroom fan. Complained twice and was told only thing they can do is me to take keycard out of the reader and fan shuts off. That limits your lighting options. Asked to have maintenance look at it and they claim they looked at it but didn’t know what they said as they came when we were gone from the room. Stayed 2 nights and heard other guests complain about the noisy fans. Even with bathroom door shut it was loud. Need to look into fixing or replacing. This alone would stop me from staying there again.

I liked the staff and room

Had issues with ac they said they would call me afterwards but i never got one.

Loved the kitchenette and building my own breakfast sandwich. Shout out to Sarah at the front desk for great serivice.

Checking in was easy and we were greeted by a very friendly person. The main area was clean and overall felt very comfortable. The room was very clean and a good size (2 queen beds). Loved that they had a full refrigerator. Walking to restaurants, a movie theater, and Meijer store. Our stay was wonderful. There was some noise from above us. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice. Seems newer so everything was in good shape. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and offered help.

Very spacious room. It had a couch for relaxing, and a refrigerator, dishwasher, and dishes. The bathroom lighting was excellent. We will stay here again!

We came for the night. Beds were comfortable. Was quiet. Breakfast selctions were excellent.

Very clean. I appreciate the fact that I did not have to worry about the cleanliness of my surroundings. I was able to check in and immediately relax.

Breakfast options could have been better. Egg option was not good

Convenient to Meijer

Our room was huge! Such a nice layout. Bright and airy. All of the staff that we came into contact with was very friendly and inviting. We will definitely stay there again for our next visit to Grand Rapids.
