The amenities, etc., were quite complete. It was a decent place to rest. But there were some really noisy women. I don't know if they were the owners or the tenants. They were already noisy singing at dawn. Luckily, I got a room in the house. Everything was good. That's all.

Staff were helpful, I checked in early.

The place is very comfortable and the owner is also friendly. Didn't have time to say goodbye, if the owner is reading, thank you, sir, ma'am.

Due to our late arrival in Mataram, we were only able to check in at 03.00 am. Thank God we were still well served by the owner of TNC. Thanks.

The staff was very kind when I arrived in the middle of the night and ordered a room with an outside bathroom. I was given a nice room without any additional charges. It's also close to the city center. Thank you for your service.

This inn is very strategic, the location is right in the city center so it's good for finding food and very close to the shopping center. The rooms are clean, fragrant and also neat. The inn is also cheap, for people who work in this inn, comfortable tables and chairs are also provided. However, there are some shortcomings, first the bathroom smells a bit, the water makes it itchy but it's positive maybe it's just my skin that is a bit sensitive, second the algae on the inside of the bathroom door is missing so it's a bit difficult to open if the door is tightly closed, and third there are a lot of flies in the bathroom. I don't know where the flies got in, even though every time I go out the door is always closed, the ventilation in the bathroom also doesn't open because it uses glass material. Hopefully these shortcomings can be fixed, maybe not all rooms have such problems but hope there will be improvements to the things that are lacking.
