My experience renting this 12th-floor 1BR unit was quite disappointing. I checked in around 4 p.m. (when it was supposed to be 2 p.m.), and when I entered, there was no soap or toiletries, the bathroom lights were out, and no towels were provided. After reporting the matter, they said they would deliver them, but they took a long time to arrive, and only one towel was torn.
The next morning, we received a notification that check-out was by 12 p.m., and after that, there would be an hourly charge. So we quickly got ready and inquired about returning the key (since we had our ID card as collateral).
The most disappointing part was that after checking out, we realized we had frozen pempek (fish cakes) in the freezer. When we called to pick them up, the person who took the keys said there was nothing in the fridge, then immediately called us on a video call, showing us the empty freezer. We were 100% sure we'd left them behind and didn't bring them. It felt like we'd been lied to, and we didn't mind the value. What made us uncomfortable was their attitude about why they had to lie. Because we felt it was pointless, we ended up shutting it down. Was it that difficult for her to lie about frozen pempek being 150,000 Rupiah?
Hopefully, in the future, this unit will be better maintained, with more professional check-in and check-out staff, and won't disappoint. If they really want to provide service that meets the price, just raise the rental price.
