Overall, this hotel was quite comfortable, but the staff seemed to remind us too often about check-out times via WhatsApp, even before 12 PM. Even if we were 30 minutes late, we were reminded again via WhatsApp. If there is a late fee, it should be clearly stated without repeated reminders. I've stayed here twice, but both times were less comfortable because of this.

Wow, the hotel is so Instagrammable. There are so many cool spots for photos... hehe, it's really cool. You can also take content.

Just found out that there is a place to stay as comfortable as this in Bintaro, the area is residential so it's not noisy. I really feel at home here because the facilities are complete, there is a public pantry that can be used as a place to eat together, a hidden sofa for hanging out with friends. Clean and cool can be felt from the beginning of entering because you pass through a small park. There are many cafes and culinary places in the area so it's easy to find food.

The staff is nice, helped me a lot when I ran out of gas by boiling eggs for me to fast. Thank you.

Just try to facilitate a dining area, it will definitely be more comfortable. Check every corner of the room more carefully because it is feared that animals will enter🙏

The mattress makes noises but overall it's comfortable.

The service is adequate. Picking up food is quite far from the front, you have to go to the post first. Although the place and atmosphere are quite good. When registering, it's also complicated, the signal is difficult there.

The place is really hidden gem but worth it from the price to the atmosphere and facilities. The service is friendly, there is Netflix, and here besides having a gym there is also a meeting room. It suits me who is an introvert 🤣 hopefully you will continue to be successful

Very strategic location and new building

What warm and relaxing ambience, room was okay-level comfortable and the television worked perfectly, the bed sheet made me a little itchy though (tolerable level kind of itch). Overall, the facility was GREAT. Although, I have big issues with the check-in requirement: uploading id card and a selfie with NO other options, also, the hotel staff and manager could not provide any information about how they secure the collected data. Please read the Personal Data Protection Law especially personal data processing principles and comply accordingly. Please consider this note for your improvement. Wishing the best for your business.

Quiet, calm, beautiful, basically okay for me time or with family

I visited Bintaro because there was a business trip and stayed at Calma, the location in my opinion is quite strategic but the point on google maps is different because several times I took an online taxi and always got lost, for the service is very good, because I arrived at 9 pm there was still a receptionist and a man who helped lift my suitcase, thank you sir. The room facilities are very good because the building is still very new, there are only a few dusty spots because it is in the corner. I didn't book a room with breakfast so I don't know how the food is at Calma. Keep the rooms clean and new.

Steady, comfortable and good
