The room they gave me smelt strongly of vomit. The 2nd room they gave was fair but soap and shampoo had not been filled. We checked in at 10pm so had to wait for the same to be filled. Carpets in this hotel are badly stained, needs cleaning. How is this hotel 4 star?

Nice hotel. Good with family. Very clean. Staff mentality as 5-star hotel. They are very friendly. Food is nice. Nice waiter name Fairus. He treats us professionally.

I booked the room with breakfast but the staff told me our booking no include breakfast. The staff unfriendly and argue with us.
