The room is big value for money, but the carpet is dirty and the mattress is hard.

The front desk and lobby staff were very welcoming and warm. Unfortunately, the carpet, cabinets, and the floor really need cleaning. Cabinets were dusty and had watermarks that were not cleaned. The floor had some stains. The worst is the carpet... otherwise, it would be great!

I have stayed more than 4 times. This hotel is really the best. Gatekeeping is fun and not viral, it is always full, especially if it is viral, right? Maintain the best reputation and service Tamara Hotel! 100% will repeat again

Overall stay is Okay. Hotel located side by side with Kenanga Apartment, near Hindu's Temple. Old hotel, so don't expect the room condition is tip top but acceptable as the rate are cheap. Location wise is accessible by e-hailing although it's bit confusing as you will enter housing area in order to reach the hotel. Bear in mind that this area quite jam during peak time.

The room they gave me smelt strongly of vomit. The 2nd room they gave was fair but soap and shampoo had not been filled. We checked in at 10pm so had to wait for the same to be filled. Carpets in this hotel are badly stained, needs cleaning. How is this hotel 4 star?
