The resort's restaurant is opposite the beach next door, I see too much trash so it is not aesthetically pleasing in general. 4. The resort is still noisy, probably because it is being gradually renovated. 5. It is still new but the finishing details are not high. That is the reason why I think it is only 3.5 stars as the resort announced. 6. The staff is friendly, which is a plus, but they should be more proactive, for example, cleaning dishes when guests have breakfast because they eat buffet dishes, so there will be a lot of dishes, so they should be proactive in walking around to observe and clean. 7. In general, the campus is beautiful, just lift up the camera to take virtual photos. 8. The lobby should turn on the fan because the resort keeps it airy, but when I waited to check out at 12 noon, I was sweating like rain. I saw a fan on the ceiling but I didn't turn it on, I don't know if it was to save electricity. Overall I can praise the resort for its enthusiastic staff. Otherwise I hope to improve further.
