The inn staff was friendly and kind. The information provided was also good. The location is very strategic, right across from Kartini Mall, so it wasn't difficult to find. As for the room, the wallpaper on the lower wall seemed to be peeling off. The bathroom door couldn't be locked. The door was a bit difficult to lock. The pillows seemed a bit flat, but still passable. The cleanliness was pretty good, not bad, but not good. There were also men (either guests or the manager) smoking on the sofa in front of the room. To be honest, it wasn't very comfortable. It took quite a while to sit there smoking. At night, I ate there with a woman (probably my wife). Well, it wasn't very pleasant for me as a guest. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. It's a shame because the location is already good and very strategic. However, the inn itself is still lacking.

When we arrived at the place, the room was really bad 😢 like a jamjaman inn. There were really big cockroaches. The AC wasn't cold, there were lots of hair marks on the floor. The sheets were dirty and had holes. The hallway and stairs were dirty. Dull

Have to go through the back, because the front door is not opened, the room is clean, there are many photo spots, the only downside is that the stairs are steep and have to go through the back, there is hot water, everywhere is close to the front of the Kartini mall, the entrance is through the Samsung alley, Google Maps has not been updated, so that customers are not confused because they think the place is closed
