So far it's comfortable, strategic location, clean rooms, friendly staff, only the wifi has a few problems and sounds from the next room can be heard from inside the room.

As for the dedicated room, it's quite spacious, enough for a group of five to stay with friends. Everything is clean, but it feels a little stuffy upon entering. The only downside is the lack of windows, but overall, it's good, especially for its strategic location.

If possible, the sheets should be cleaner, there are still hair and eyelashes left from the previous person.

The service is good, the room is spacious, the toilet is clean. However, when you first open the toilet, it smells a bit. The toilet smells a little less. The towels smell a little less. The food is just average, according to the price.

Strategic location, close to everywhere

So far for a budget hotel, their hospitality is really good. The rooms are relatively clean. The space is minimal but it's okay for a solo stay. The bathroom is also quite clean and the amenities are complete. However, yesterday on the second day of my stay, ants suddenly appeared on the table near the TV and in the bathroom area. Luckily, it was still tolerable. The location is really good and it's not difficult to find food.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is very comfortable

The room is spacious and has a window overlooking the hotel across the street (note: not all rooms have windows). If you prefer a room with a view, please select from these room numbers. The receptionist—a very helpful lady who handled my check-in on October 19, 2025, around 3 p.m.—made the room upgrade process smooth and hassle-free. My only concern was that it took about 3 to 3.5 hours to receive the mineral water and coffee sachets (the standard daily top-up). Additionally, the bathroom water temperature was only moderately warm, and it wasn’t possible to get it any hotter. However, when I shared this feedback during check-out, the same receptionist responded with great professionalism and care. Kudos to her for the excellent service!

Very strategic and clean, but it's a shame there's no refrigerator. But overall, it's still okay.
