Excellent modern hotel!

I loved this hotel! Stopped spur of the moment traveling and really enjoyed my stay. Great staff and accommodations. Will definitely stay next time I stop in Louisville.

This was actually the best hotel stay ive ever had. The staff was amazing and very accomodating and made is feel like we were home.

Hotel is new, with very nice lobby and bedrooms. We traveled with two dogs, so pet friendliness was a must and the staff and facilities exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend the hotel and the nice Louisville location.

wonderful stay

This hotel is 1 block away from Market Street which has great restaurants. The staff in the hotel are very knowledgeable with recommendations on where to go for a great meal! The bar in the lobby was fun. The rooftop bar is not open on Sunday and Monday so we were not able to visit it but it looked nice.

Absolutely loved this location and hotel. Everyone is super nice and very friendly. The room was clean and stylish. Walking distance to everything you would need; restaurants, distilleries, shops, activities, ect.

Had to pay to park in the garage. When we left, the gate wouldn’t open so we had to pay an additional $35 to leave the parking garage, so a total of $57 to park. Everything else was good, clean and comfortable room.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Welcoming lobby.

Just one night. The rooftop restaurant was good and the ambiance was great.

Stay was great! Easy parking and close to all of the action.

Hotel is very clean and the staff was helpful, however the area the hotel is located in is surrounded by "under construction" buildings and in a less then desirable neighborhood. The parking is not secure (broken security apparatus) The noise in the room is quite obnoxious. Into the late evening we heard loud music and cars along with a very noisy HVAC unit

Stayed this weekend for my first time. Best thing about this property is the location. It was new and clean, but there’s a lot to be said about friendliness of the staff. We went to the rooftop bar five minutes before it was open- the chef rudely acknowledged our presence and told us to leave and come back when they are open (again- this was 5 minutes before opening). Went back down to our floor to get ice and the icemaker was not working. Went to the front desk and they asked me if I turned it on??? Didn’t realize that was my job We stayed for two nights and though the cleaning staff obviously came in the room to change trash bags. They didn’t even remake the bed.

Loved the filtered water on every floor!

I would recommend serving some of the local craft beers in the lobby restaurant.

Best room I've stayed in around the country for the price in ages. Beautiful, solid, quality fixtures, decor, bathroom, lighting, sufficient light lighting and electrical outlets and USB etc ports, EVERYTHING in the room and hotel done right. Parking and unloading a bit confusing but I will give them a pass on this. Very Tasteful decor, CLEAN, updated, new. Very Comfortable bed, linens, pillows, black out shades and drapes. OUTSTANDING hotel, would stay here in a heartbeat again if my travels take my back to Louisville.
