Great new property.

Newest hotel Lexington. If you need a hotel with clean air and newer amenities for health reason and no mold, this hotel is for you.

very clean facility, great breakfast and parking option

Hotel is nicer than pictures, staff very friendly. The only con was the breakfast, it wasn't that good but it was free so can't complain too much.

Good

The hotel is new and had an extremely strong odor. The smell seemed to be like a new car smell. Had to light a candle to mask the smell.

Clean and new looking property. Courteous and helpful front desk staff. Walls a bit thin and so not very noise proof. Breakfast area was clean and decent options for standard breakfast fare.

Staff went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable and convenient.

Staff was great Ginger at the desk was the best.

Close to restaurants, very clean and rooms are a good size

Due to a "glitch" we were booked at the wrong hotel. I've spent hours on the phone trying to deal with both Expedia and Hilton and have gotten no where- both are refusing to refund us for their mistake. Stay away from both Expedia and Hilton if you are looking for a hassle free hotel experience!!

Expedia booked me at the wrong hotel. I wanted Lexington Kentucky and they placed me at the Lexington Virginia hotel.

I did not have a room when I got there …my reservation was mixed up and there were three other guests that had same issue but they refunded …thank you
