No towels or bath mat provided in the room and no response from Mantra until the 3rd phone call where someone came from home to deliver linen at 9:30pm, not impressed at all.

A brand new facility and the soap dispenser was empty
Bar fridge was warm ,
In description it says bottled water in rooms , yet you need to go to reception for them
