We had the room from hell. Lol The lights over the bed kept flashing as though we were in the club. Manager or maintenance guy could not fix without needing to order parts. Next, our TV screen was so low in contrast that any dark scenes were not visible. The sound on the TV was bad as-well. You could not hear the voices clearly without blasting the TV then all other sounds over played the scene. Next, the coffee maker would not work. No matter how much water or exchanging the coffee pod in the coffee maker. They did not have any rooms to switch us too unfortunately because they said it was filled to capacity. Hmmm. Ok. The hotel did smell fantastic! They really performed it up in the common areas. Just wished my room was technically working as designed too. The AC unit blowing is loud also. It drowns out the TV so you turn it up to hear what is being said but then all of the other sounds over power the room.

We had an amazing stay! The only thing i would change is that we have a microwave in the room.

When we got there the blinds wouldn’t work. They are powered and they wouldn’t raise. The floor was absolutely disgusting. They never came and replaced our towels. There was no trash can liners.

It was very nice and clean. Loved the showers and was able to view fireworks from the parking lot! Would stay again!

This is going to be out new place ti stay evertime in PF. Its so conveniently located and we were honestly so impressed at how nice this hotel was. The pool was great, the breakfast was worth the 10 dollars and the staff was amazing. We really really love this hotel and was so impressed!

I liked that it was a newer Hotel , It looked nice. I did not like the darking curtains was not working

Value, nice , new close to a lot of things Had to fine guy at the desk when I checked in to get a bar of soap to wash my hands with at the sink. It took him a while to find one and bring to my room but he did do so.

Place was clean and nice. Breakfast was not included, which was stated on the website, but we didn’t expect the breakfast to be so limited and like a regular continental breakfast and it to be an additional charge for not many options.

The staff were friendly and the property was very close to multiple attractions.

Loved this hotel from the moment we walked into the lobby to check in until the minute we checked out. Friendly, helpful staff attended to everything with a smile. The lobby, hallways and rooms were clean and fresh. The beds were comfy and even though the hotel was pretty full, it was nice and quiet for bed time! Will definitely stay here again.

It was a five star hotel to me. We loved it.

Cambria is a hotel that sits up on a hill with a beautiful view of the mountains. It’s just off the main road, very accessible to the restaurants and entertainment, yet peacefully away from the hustle and bustle -enough to invite a definite sigh relief as as we drove up the driveway to the entrance. Our hotel room was very, very clean. I even tested the floor in various parts of the room and wow! It was spotless! I was absolutely delighted! The linens were crisp and bright white and the pillows and bed very comfy. The staff is exceptionally professional and thoughtful. Bryon at the breakfast bar, Liliana in linens and Sergio at the front desk were a joy to see the 4 days we were there. We also appreciated the maintenance staff who put things back in order very quickly after an unexpected harsh storm blew in - which caused pool umbrellas and chairs to blow all over the pool deck area and into the swimming pool. The storm also wrecked havoc with the electric entrance doors which were promptly repaired by a very good natured staff. Family and kid friendly, and perfectly cozy for the two of us, Cambria suits many well. I highly recommend Cambria Hotel at Pigeon Forge. We are already looking forward to our next stay. ☺️

I was very disappointed that it stated "no pets allowed" but on the 2nd day of our stay ended up on the elevator with someone with multiple dogs going to their room. For this reason, I will not stay at this property again. Also, you have to request housekeeping services. Asked for more towels and washcloths and when they brought those, they didn't remove the pile of dirty washcloths and towels that were laying there.

It was great. Very nice. Clean. The staff was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.
