Overall the room was nice, but when checking in they asked for an additional fee with the excuse that they had just joined Traveloka so the price had to be adjusted, which really doesn't make sense, if you've already joined it should be according to the application price.

When checking in, they asked for additional money because the price had gone up. Well, we already paid and got a voucher from the app, so what's the point of the discounts in the app. Very disappointing.
