Dear executives, managers, and employees, the front desk staff should improve. They are impolite, do not say thank you to customers, and have discriminatory behavior. They do not have a service mind.

It's beyond expectation. Good value for money.

The hotel front is dirty. The fitness room smells musty, dusty, and hot. The area around the pool is not clean and a bit messy. The room is not soundproof. The staff did not inform us about the breakfast details. After going up to the room, we had to go down to the front desk to ask for the Wi-Fi password again because the room did not have a telephone.

The staff are lovely and very helpful. Recommended accommodation for those who drive their own car. The hotel is a bit far from the airport but very close to it.

The double beds were put together to make one bed. After sleeping for a while, the mattress sank into a hole. There was no phone in the room. You had to go down to the reception to contact them. The booking cost almost 2000, but the breakfast was just ordinary coffee and pie. Overall, it was a waste of money. It was like staying at a place that cost 600-700.
