Different from the visuals, no towels and toiletries are provided, towels are provided when requested, not provided when checking in/in the room

Beda dengan visualnya,tidak diberi handuk dan alat mandi,handuk diberi saat diminta ,tidak disediakan saat check in/dalam ruangan

The room did not meet expectations, it was dirty, there were no towels, no toiletries such as soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste, it did not match the photo.
