Hati-hati booking hotel ini, daripada uang ga kembali dan terlantar tengah malam, petugas checkin tidak ada, padahal belum jam 12 malam. nomor kontak tidak ada yang bisa dihubungi.

The place is nice, the first impression when I arrived already felt very healing, the facilities are comfortable, the only minus is the AC which is not so cold, and the sink is leaking so it floods the room. For the service, hopefully it can be improved again in terms of administration, because we already booked via Traveloka but in the middle of the night my room was knocked on because there was a double booking from another family who at that time they had just booked even though I had booked a long time ago, it was very annoying because it was already bedtime so it seemed like my family had to go out, hopefully it will be a lesson for the accommodation, whoever books first should be the priority. Apart from that, the place is worth it for family healing because it is that calming!

When I got there, the villa said there was a system error, so I was moved to another room by the villa and the water there was often on and off. The cleanliness was very lacking.
