I stayed from April 26-29, took 3 rooms, got on the ground floor. The bathroom floor was dirty, the furniture was dirty, the worst thing was there was a trash can in the area near the swimming pool that was already full to the point of smelling bad that had not been removed. Fortunately there was a cooperative hotel staff willing to help clean the room according to special requests.

the room position is in the back building and there are many rules where you are not allowed to be noisy, and bring meaty food. the elevator is broken while my room is on the 4th floor. it's tiring going up and down. the room is spacious, the view of the rice fields is good, but there are rats coming in from who knows where. the water hole is clogged with lots of hair from other guests, it seems like it hasn't been cleaned. please pay attention again

the location is right in front of Warung Mak Beng Ubud. on the edge of the national road so it is easy to access. the price is very cheap, at that time I got it for 180 thousand including tax. the condition from the outside is a lot of grass like it's not maintained. but the condition inside is quite clean. I stayed in a room on the 4th floor, the downside is there is no elevator. imagine carrying stuff up to the 4th floor. but with the experience/view from the bathtub, balcony and spacious room it seems the price is too cheap. the swimming pool is fun, beautiful views of the rice fields. the water is very fresh. The price is below 200 thousand with a very impressive experience I think it's worth it. no complaints there is no elevator, no complaints about parking far from the room. oh yeah parking is about 100 meters from the room.

If the night is quiet, dark, please add more lighting, when it rains the bottom floor is flooded, the elevator happened to be broken when we stayed there, there is a lot of dust in the room and corners of the room, the floors in the corridors are also dirty. It's really dark at night
