1. Upon arrival, the AC was problematic and took a long time to cool. The suite room should have been given more attention before check-in. 2. There was a lot of dust; we, as customers, had to clean it with tissues. 3. It would have been better to provide two main pillows for each guest. 4. There was no hand soap. 5. The toilet paper wasn't refilled. 6. The floor was also very dusty upon arrival. 7. The food on the table was delicious. 8. Breakfast was terrible. 9. The bathroom door wasn't very clean. 10. The water heater wasn't working properly. 11. The shower water wasn't flowing well either. 12. The staff service was quite fast. For the price of a room per night, it wasn't worth it.

Honestly, the room was pretty good. There's a private pool, and the rice paddy views are top-notch! However, the bathroom cleanliness could use some improvement. The breakfast was very lacking (only fried rice and orange juice), and the fried rice was also mediocre, and could have been better. The location is quite strategic, far from the city but still close to the surrounding areas of Yogyakarta (only 20-30 minutes). Overall 7/10, hopefully the breakfast will be improved in the future.

The villa's maintenance is very lacking, even though it's a new villa, built in 2024. The sofas and chairs are extremely dirty. Many of the plants are damaged and neglected. There's a lot of dust, and even the top of the hair dryer is clearly dusty. The floor feels sticky, and slippers aren't provided in the room, even though there are indoor and outdoor areas. For the price range of 1 million rupiah on weekends, it's not worth the money. Because construction is underway on the family villa, there's a loud noise coming from the ceiling until midnight, which is truly disturbing. The breakfast tray was dirty when served. Suggestions: Maintenance is essential. Regular vacuuming of the sofas and chairs is also necessary.

Super comfortable for a staycation. Just add more options for breakfast. But Harva Villa is the best for comfort.

The villa's atmosphere is quite comfortable, the room area is clean, the front desk staff is friendly, and the breakfast menu is simple. There are no menu options, so perhaps the seasoning needs to be considered. The floaties cost 50,000 Rupiah.
