The rooms and lobby are beautiful, and the location is very close to the cathedral (about a 300m walk). The downsides are the lack of an elevator and the online check-in system, but the phone numbers and hotlines were all unreachable.

The central location is very convenient for traveling. The space is intimate and cozy, both the housekeeper and the support staff via zalo are very friendly and enthusiastic.

I often go to Da Lat to relax, and stay at many different hotels. Home makes guests feel comfortable like at home, and is always ready to support. - My room is on the 4th floor, I just had an appendectomy so Home helped me move my room to the 1st floor without any extra charge. - Home takes care of guests very well, if you need support, just send a message on Zalo, they will respond quickly. - The housekeeper is very friendly and enthusiastic. - The washing machine, dryer, and soap can all be used for free. I was sick so the housekeeper helped me wash and dry my clothes, get food, and move my luggage. - The room is spacious enough, has large, airy windows. The toilet also has windows. Each room is arranged differently, quite interesting. - The hot water system works well. - The location is right in the center, about 200m from Go supermarket, both quiet and convenient to move.

The room's soundproofing is not good, the room smells musty, the towels also smell. The bed is a bit itchy. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste. Water and towels must be self-served, the staff only supports online. The good thing is that it is located right in the center, so you can walk to the night market or eat nearby.

The room is very ok, my house is on a different floor but the home supported changing to the same floor even though the room was changed to a higher price but the home supported it. The location is convenient, there is comfortable parking, pets are allowed so it's ok.
