The property workers were very communicative & helpful! They accommodated our needs during our stay without question. Thank you so much for making my first visit to Los Angeles so enjoyable!

The apartment was perfect for a family of 4. The sofa bed was not to comfy but it worked for us. Bring extra blankets if you want for comfort for the sofa bed. If you plan on using the kitchen, make sure you bring your spices and cooking oil but everything else is provided. The host was very helpful and responded within mins. We would stay again for sure.

Quiet and well maintained (new looking rooms)

Amazing property, literally only 2 mins walk to the Hollywood Walk of fame. Metro 5 minute walk and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Host was excellent and replied promptly to any questions asked. Would recommend 100%

They do not provide sheets, otherwise all good.

This room had everything needed for a couple nights stay!

Had to jump thru some hoops to pay for parking and get codes, but they quickly responded to my texts. We used the sofa sleeper which was very low to the ground. There was only 1 set of sheets for the 2 beds so the king bed had a fitted sheet while the sofa bed had the top sheet. We had a room by the road so it was very noisy. kitchen convenient. Great location for Hollywood.

It was very quiet and secured gated property. It was nice to have apartment space and feel with all amenities. Very basic decor so dont expect a whole lot, but bed was comfortable and they provide extra pillows and blankets for the sofa bed. Great location and walkable area to Hollywood Boulevard, restaurants, and shopping. Parking garage was little confusing getting in but once you get it, it’s easy and double gated secure so you will feel super safe

The location is excellent and cleanliness is top notch. The only thing is the sound insulation is not the greatest. We stay on the 1st floor and the foot steps from upstairs unit are so loud that they are quite annoying/disturbing. Whenever someone walks around in that units, you can practically hear and know the exact spot they are at.

This is a great place to stay for an apartment/hotel experience. So fun to feel like you have a little pad just off Hollywood Blvd. Great deal for the price. Walking distance to low cost stores to get trip supplies. We would likely stay here again but would bring ear plugs if getting one of the rooms directly on La Brea. Inside rooms are probably a lot quieter.

Having a kitchen is a real money-saver when traveling with kids. I wish more hotels would follow this apartment style approach!

The couch in the unit really should be replaced; it's a futon/pullout sleeper; but when sitting on the couch it would always slowly slide out and the cushions side down.

We stayed for 2 nights and in 2 rooms. Very friendly and welcoming staff accommodated our luggage immediately upon arrival. Very clean rooms with all kitchen stuff needed. All dishes and cutlery like new. We were very impressed with our stay and the services provided. Thank you Quintessence Hotel, for making our stay in LA so enjoyable!!! All 5 stars to you guys, for great customer services!

Basic apartment with full kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean. Toilet seat was functional but did not fit the toilet. There was hot water for the shower but it took an extremely long time to get warm. Location was good and underground parking garage was very convenient and secure for $35/night which was not a bad deal. All in all, it met our needs but next time my wife in particular will want something a little more high end.

Very modern, quiet, well maintained, very responsive- reasonably priced - off main streetbut in the midst of Hollywood action - Young (on-site manager) was fantastic - he assisted with any & everything needed - very polite & humorous - 3 week stay & will return

Everything about our stay was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had wonderful amenities within the room. The location can’t be beat (we were headed to the Hollywood Bowl) and the parking garage underneath the complex was perfect!

This place is amazing with a small kitchen.

Situated just off the Hollywood walk of fame this was a great location for exploring the area north of downtown L.A. Plenty of dining options along Hollywood Blvd. if you don't want to self-cater!

Centrally located off of Hollywood Blvd, on a busy street. A very secure facility, with self check in access.
