Room was very nice and the hotel was beautiful. We were in walking distance to all our excursions meeting point. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lisboa.

In love with this hotel! Just gorgeous!! The architecture is a perfect combination between tradition and modernism. I read it used to be a convent which gives it a really cool vibe. The rooms are so beautiful, comfy, and have everything you need. I’m definitely coming back!

Newly renovated property. We were able to check in early with no additional charge. Our room had washer/dryer, stove and fridge. They don't do daily cleaning though. If you want your room clean everyday, there would be additional fee.

Great friendly and extremely helpful staff.

Wife and I recently stayed here, and this hotel was absolutely beautiful, while in a great walkable area. Lots of food options nearby, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms were modern and very quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and accommodating hotel!

This was my first visit to the country and we arrived during the historic blackout the affected Portugal, Spain & France. The hotel did have our reservation information therefore, we had no problem getting to our room but the facility had no backup plans as to how to accommodate its guess with water or backup lighting nor food options for prepaid guess versus those inquiring a room. The hotel was rationing water supply for their employees only, guess were left to find food/water for themselves. Overall the property was beautiful and walkable to almost everything, but not equipped to deal with emergencies.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The environment was super relaxed. One block from the train and buses as well as the market. The food in their restaurant was delicious.

Arrived before check and the staff managed to get us our room 3 hour early! Everyone was so friendly and the restaurants on property were delicious and so convenient. Out front is a small cafe perfect for a quick breakfast and there are multiple bars on site. Laundry and dish washer in the room was awesome! The metro is a five minute walk and we actually walked all the way to water and it was a pleasant 20 minute walk!

Hotel is very clean and rooms are nice but a bit small. Location is at least 20-30 minute walk to downtown area and directly across from an ambulance station.

This is a really cool property. Very different setup. Apartment style. I would have liked to have stayed a few days longer just to take advantage of the amenities. The vibe is awesome and the staff helpful and nice.

I don’t usually book self-catering holidays but as I was travelling by myself I thought it would make a nice change to be able to cook for myself as and when needed. The facilities at the hotel are excellent and the staff (especially on reception and the cafe next to reception) were really friendly and helpful. I was at the hotel during the countrywide blackout and what should have been a considerably stressful time for staff was managed with professionalism and good communication. Staff ensured we had enough water and the latest information regarding the blackout. I presumed the following morning there would be issues due to the previous day blackout but it was business as usual. Check in and check out was a breeze. If there was one thing I could pick at it was having a room overlooking the street which meant it was loud on weekend evenings, I would have preferred a room in a quieter area. I stayed in room B101. Thank you very much for an enjoyable stay - I would not hesitate to come back.

Absolutely beautiful hotel couldn’t recommend highly enough

Unique property, skilfully converted to very comfortable hotel. Took some time to discover the bars and restaurants which were excellent. Would definitely stay there again.
